Skeena Wellness Days
For four Fridays in March, Skeena Diversity and the Terrace Woman's Resource Centre hosted a series of health and wellness workshops and services FREE as a thank you to those who work tirelessly in the help sector.
I was honoured to represent Canadas First Nations Radio, conducting live video updates of the event, and gratitude interviews for the wellness project.
It was a pleasure to host Sound Healing classes, and Reiki sessions alongside my good friend and mentor, Laurie Fulford from Harmony Hands Energy Healing. I am grateful for the opportunity to attend the many workshops like Mason Jar Studio, Essential Oils, Reflexology and more.
Thank you to Denise Gagnon for spearheading this series, and Kayla Desousa from TWRC for her endless hard work.
January Full Moon Ceremony
Thank you for attending the January 2023 Full Moon Ceremony at Hidden Acres Treehouse Farm and Resort.
We had a magical evening of:
-Smudging by Reiki practitioner Ashley Pimlott of Hometown Holistics
-Introductions and candle lighting- candles provided by rushing river apiaries
-Crystal Sound Bowls and meditation with Laurie Fulford of Harmony Hands
-Light yoga practice with Jessica Hogg
-Snacks and Refreshments (Still Seeking a Sponsored Caterer)
-Photography by Callie of Lens of Love
-Fire ceremony lead by Mikki Budzyk of Gypsy Lady Crystals and Things
-Vendor tables open to provide you with all your full moon supplies
-Goodie bags with items from local small businesses
